    flipkart doesn't work on cash on delivery.. its just one of the payment options.

    For someone with only a modest knowledge of this area, I found this an illuminating presentation which gives me a good framework for thinking further about payments in India. I also found the arguments regarding the debankization of payments convincing and cogent. Currently, the Aadhar based efforts for DBT are based on the banking model that this presentation rejects. How could the fundamental changes advocated here facilitate innovations that helped make Aadhar linked delivery a reality?
