#### Rules of syndication

All the articles here are in the public domain and can be republished subject to the following conditions:

1. Every single letter of the original content must be reproduced, including hyperlinks, tables, graphs, etc. If you are doing something in print format, then exclusion of URLs in the hardcopy is okay. Be sure to show the names of the authors clearly.
2. If you wish to add words/sentences in order to explain something, or if you pick a new title and associated sentence(s) that are at the top, you must obtain the approval of the authors of the article.
3. You must have a sentence or two describing each authors.
4. You must have the full citation information for the article that you have republished. Example: A Limiting Principle for the NCLT's New Powers Under the IBC, by Adam Feibelman, The Leap Blog, 1 August 2018.
