recent SEBI proposals. Coincidentally, a great
Foreign Affairs article on hedge funds just appeared by Sebastian Mallaby, and he wrote up a
small version of this for
Washington Post. And, Lars Nyberg, the deputy governer of the Swedish central bank, has
a nice speech on hedge funds. I get really impressed by the speechwriters found in OECD countries.
