The 2006 Neemrana conference (NCAER/NBER)

A few days ago I had talked about the 7th Neemrana conference. I now have URL for the program, which has links to papers / slideshows.

    Yes, indeed, it is. NCAER does not seem to offer permalinks on their website. If someone from NCAER sees this, could you please give me a correct URL?
